A. Scope of our Service
InTechTra provides analyzed information on Hong Kong stock market. We analyze the data with a special program to alert our readers of certain unusual movements of the market. This saves you a lot of time. However, our business scope does not cover any buy/sell/hold recommendation, which is the reader's decision based on many factors. InTechTra shall not be held responsible for the use of the information by the client.
B. Refunds
By the time you become a member of our service, you should have been given a trial period. Sufficient information is given for your decision to join us. Thus, subscriptions are not refundable except if we discontinue part or whole of service, in which case you will be refunded the prorated unused portion. Monthly billings are automatically renewed until cancelled. Cancellation must be received in writing (via email or fax) 7 days prior to the next billing period to avoid automatic renewal. Please keep a copy of the confirmation of cancellation as record in case of any dispute. Billings of over 4 months ago are non-disputable.
C. Missing and delayed reports
On the WEB page, similar to our previous email report service, the timing of posting depend on the amount of news and analysis which we have some control. However, internet traffic may be hard to predict sometimes, when we have the feed from Hong Kong. All reports should be updated at about 8:30-9:30 US Eastern Time. If we expect a delay after 11 am US Eastern time, we will post on the bulletin board. If you miss the report of the day, you can download the data from the zipdata archive and read the news from the news archive.
D. Copyright and Re-distribution and Abuse
InTechTra, Inc. reserves all copyrights of our reports. No reproduction for distribution in full or in part should be made either electronically or via hard copies. Our posted subscription rates are for individual investors only. Our free abridged reports may be distributed freely provided that the credit and disclaimer statements by InTechTra are retained intact. Automatic download of files using robots is violation of normal use of our service and is subject to immediate termination of service without refund.
