    In this announcement, the following exchange rates have been              
    used for conversion into the relevant currency for indication

    As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises seven            
    executive Directors, namely Mr. Tse Ping, Mr. Tao Huiqi, Mr.              
    Wang Jinyu, Mr. He Huiyu, Ms. Cheng Cheung Ling, Ms. Zhao Yanping         
    and Mr. Tse Hsin and one non-executive Director, namely Ms.               
    Josephine Price, and three independent non-executive Directors,
