    DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO                              
    A VERY SUBSTANTIAL ACQUISITION AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION                  
                                                                              
    The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for extension of the        
    deadline for despatch of the Circular from 30th May, 2005 to 20th June,   
    2005.                                                                     
                                                                              
    Reference is made to the announcement of Century Legend (Holdings)        
    Limited (the "Company") dated 6th May, 2005 (the "Announcement") in       
    relation to a very substantial acquisition and connected transaction      
    regarding the formation of a joint venture between the Group and CL       
    Properties for the purpose of entering into the agency agreement, the     
    novation and the joint venture agreement. Capitalised terms used in this  
     announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the              
    Announcement, unless the context herein required otherwise.               
                                                                              
    DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR                                             
                                                                              
    Under Rule 14.38 and Rule 14A.49 of the Listing Rules, the circular in    
    relation to the formation of a joint venture between the Group and CL     
    Properties for the purpose of entering into the Agency Agreement, the     
    Novation and the Joint Venture Agreement (the "Circular") is required to  
     be sent to the Shareholders within 21 days after publication of the      
    Announcement, which is, on or before 30th May, 2005.                      
                                                                              
    As additional time is required for preparing certain financial            
    information, in particular the accountants' report and the proforma       
    financial information, and the property valuation report for inclusion    
    in the Circular, the Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for        
    extension of the deadline for despatch of the Circular to 20th June,
