08:45     GEM Imposed Registration Period for Reg. Warrants                   

                                                                              
    The Reference Dates of the respective warrants of Growth Enterprise Market
    are now displayed on the Trading Terminals in the Warrants' Expiry Dates &
    Registration Periods table on the GEM Company News P.8401-8500 (English)  
    and P.8501-8600 (Chinese) for reference.                                  
                                                                              
    Exchange Participants are reminded to advise their clients to submit the  
    transfer documents to the registrar for registration as soon as possible  
    from the Reference Date as imposed by the Stock Exchange if:-             
                                                                              
        1.  the client is holding a registered warrant certificate            
            with a continuation sheet attached to the composite or            
            a separate transfer form; or                                      
                                                                              
        2.  the client is holding a registered warrant certificate            
            containing a composite or a separate transfer form that           
            has no spare blank spaces for broker chops.                       
                                                                              
    Exchange Participants are also reminded of their obligations in handling  
    delivery and settlement of registered warrants on and after the Reference 
    Date.
