    Notice is hereby given that consequential to the bonus issue of one new   
    ordinary share of HK$0.25 each in the capital of Noble Group Limited      
    (the "Company") for every ten existing ordinary shares, the conversion    
    price of the Convertible Bonds is adjusted from S$1.466 per share to
