    This announcement constitutes due and valid notice by the Issuer to       
    each relevant registered Warrantholder set out above as such notice       
    is required, under the Conditions of such Warrants, to be made by         
    way of publication in English and Chinese on the website of Hong          
    Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.                                      
                                                                              
    The terms of this announcement are subject to the Conditions.             
    A base  listing document dated  20 July 2004 (updated by an               
    addendum dated 25 November 2004) and respective Supplemental              
    Listing Documents dated 25 November, 2004 (Stock Code:3553),              
    26 October, 2004 (Stock Code: 4624) and 26 April, 2005 (Stock Code: 4838) 
    (collectively called the "Listing Documents") were prepared by            
    the Issuer for the purpose of obtaining a listing for the Warrants on     
    the Stock Exchange and set out certain matters of record with respect     
    to the Issuer and the Warrants.  The Issuer has no responsibility to
