09:02     HERITAGE INT'L<02982> - Share Consolidation                         

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of        
    Heritage International Holdings Limited ("HERITAGE INT'L") have approved  
    the consolidation of shares on the basis of 10 then existing ordinary     
    shares ("Old Shares") of HERITAGE INT'L into 1 new ordinary shares        
    ("New Shares").  Effective from today (26/05/2005), a temporary counter   
    under stock code 2982 and stock short name "HERITAGE INT'L" will be       
    established for trading in board lots of 1,000 New Shares each to replace 
    the previous counter (stock code: 412) for trading in board lots of 10,000
    Old Shares each.
