     Warrants and wish to exercise the subscription rights attaching thereto  
     must lodge with the Warrant Registrar at the abovementioned address the  
     following by not later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 27th June 2005:         
                                                                              
    (i)   the relevant duly executed and stamped instruments of transfer      
    and/or other documents of title;                                          
                                                                              
    (ii)   the relevant certificates of the 2005 Warrants;                    
                                                                              
    (iii)   the duly completed and signed subscription forms prescribed for   
    the 2005 Warrants; and                                                    
                                                                              
    (iv)   remittances for the requisite exercise moneys.                     
                                                                              
    Subscription forms lodged with the Warrant Registrar after 4:00 p.m. on   
    Monday, 27th June 2005 will not be regarded as valid and will not be      
    accepted. Certificates of Shares for the due exercise of the              
    subscription rights attaching to the 2005 Warrants will be issued within  
     10 business days after the date of due exercise.                         
                                                                              
    The closing prices of Shares and the 2005 Warrants on the Stock Exchange  
     on 19th May 2005 (being the date of this announcement) were HK$0.11 and  
     HK$0.01 respectively. The subscription price of the 2005 Warrants as at  
     the date of this announcement was HK$0.102 per Share. Shares to be       
    issued pursuant to the exercise of the subscription rights attaching to   
    the 2005 Warrants will, when allotted and issued, rank pari passu in all  
     respects with the then existing issued Shares.                           
                                                                              
    A circular relating to the expiry of 2005 Warrants will be despatched to  
     the holders of 2005 Warrants and, for information only, the              
    shareholders of the Company as soon as possible.                          
                                                                              
    Holders of the 2005 Warrants who are in any doubt as to any action to be  
     taken should consult their stockbroker or other registered dealer in     
    securities, bank manager, solicitor, professional accountant or other
