    The Board wishes to inform the Shareholders that the announcement of      
    the Quarterly Results is expected to be delayed to on or before           
    13th June 2005.                                                           
                                                                              
    The trading in shares of the Company has been suspended since             
    31st March 2005 pending announcement of the Annual Results
