    1.Basis of Preparation and Accounting Policies                            
                                                                              
    In preparing the statements for the first quarter, the accounting         
    policies adopted and the calculations are consistent with those for the   
    preparation of the statements for the year ended 31 December 2004, save   
    and except the Statement of Standard Accounting Practice No. 12           
    "Income Tax" (as amended), which is relating to the deferred taxation.    
                                                                              
    2. Segmental Information                                                  
    The Company is engaged solely in the development, manufacture             
    and sales of chemical products in the PRC. Major products of              
    the Company for the three months ended 31 March 2005 is                   
    FA-90 (RMB178,000)
