    3.  Segmental Information and turnover                                    
    The Company's operation are regarded as single segment comprising         
    the sale and distribution of men's innerwear, socks and apparel and       
    related royalty income.                                                   
                                                                              
    4. Loss per share                                                         
    The basic loss per share for the three months ended 31st March 2005       
    is calculated based on unaudited consolidated loss attributable to        
    shareholders for the three months ended 31st March 2005 of                
    HK$601,000 over the share capital of 200,000,000 shares in                
    issue for the three months ended 31st March 2005 (2004: earning           
    of HK$154,000 over the weighted average share capital of                  
    200,000,000 shares in issue for the three months ended                    
    31st March 2004).                                                         
                                                                              
    The diluted loss per share for the three months ended                     
    31st March 2005 is based on unaudited consolidated loss                   
    attributable to shareholders of HK$601,000 over the weighted              
    average share capital of 200,000,000 shares in issue for the three        
    months ended 31st March 2005 (2004: earning of HK$154,000                 
    over the weighted average share capital of 208,936,013 shares in          
    issue for the three months ended 31st March 2004).
