    4.Earnings/(loss) per share                                               
    The calculation of basic earnings/(loss) per share for the three months   
    ended 31 March 2005 was based on the Group's net profit of approximately  
    HK$654,000 (2004: loss of approximately HK$1,590,000) and the weighted    
    average number of 240,000,000 ordinary shares in issue during the three   
    months period (2004: 240,000,000).                                        
                                                                              
    The Company did not have dilutive potential shares for the three months   
    ended 31 March 2005 (2004: Nil).
