    Due to the late appointment of auditor for the Company and as             
    a consequence, the late announcement of final result for the              
    year ended 31 December 2004, the first quarterly report for 3             
    months ended 31 March 2005 will also postpone.                            
                                                                              
    As request by the Company, trading in the shares of the                   
    Company in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was                    
    suspended since 9:30am on 27 January 2005 pending the release             
    of an announcement in relation to price sensitive information             
    and the release of the Company's result for the year ended 31             
    December 2004 and 1st quarter result for the three months                 
    ended 31 March 2005. Trading in the shares of the Company in              
    the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited remain suspended.
