    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of        
    Hon Po Group (Lobster King) Limited ("HON PO GROUP") have approved        
    the consolidation of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary      
    shares ("Old Shares") of HON PO GPOUP into 1 new ordinary shares          
    ("New Shares").                                                           
                                                                              
    The parallel trading in the ordinary shares of HON PO GROUP will          
    commence at 9:30 a.m. today (12/05/2005) under the following
