    regarding Mr. Zhou as mentioned in this announcement.                     
                                                                              
    Suspension of Trading                                                     
                                                                              
    Trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange was suspended at the request  
    of the Company with effect from 11:40 a.m. on 6 April 2005 and will       
    remain suspended pending the issue of the above announcement on the       
    business operation and financial position of the Group and where          
    appropriate, on the matters reported in the press articles regarding Mr.  
    Zhou as mentioned above.

    As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the       
    Company are Messrs. Li Qiao Feng, Chen Shengjie, Tsoi Chi Keung and Li
