    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Premium Land Limited ("PREMIUM LAND") will cease after 
    the close of business on Friday, 13/05/2005. As from the close of business
    on that day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares           
    (stock code: 2971) of PREMIUM LAND as represented by old share            
    certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of PREMIUM LAND
