    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Nippon Asia Investments Holdings Limited               
    ("NIPPON ASIA INV") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,   
    12/05/2005. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for    
    trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2970) of NIPPON ASIA INV  
    as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in 
    the shares of NIPPON ASIA INV will only be under the following
