    At the request of Poly Investments Holdings Limited (the "Company"),      
    trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today 
    (9/5/2005) pending the court hearing on 9th May 2005 in respect of the    
    winding-up petition issued against the Company by Asian Power Development 
    Limited on 13th December, 2004.
