    At the request of Ngai Hing Hong Company Limited (the "Company"),         
    trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today 
    (9/5/2005) pending the release of an announcement in relation to a        
    proposed open offer of new shares on the basis of one offer share for     
    every five shares held on record date of the Company.
