    The Board wishes to announce that it has been informed by Mr.             
    Barry John Buttifant, one of the independent non-executive directors      
    of the Company, that he sold 5,000,000 Shares, which represent            
    approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company and        
    all the Shares that were held by Mr. Buttifant, on market at HK$0.28
