    (2)  Loss Per Share - Basic and Diluted                                   
                                                                              
    The calculation of the basic loss per share for the three months          
    ended 31st March, 2005 is based on the net loss of the Group of           
    approximately HK$1,871,000 (2004:loss of approximately                    
    HK$2,488,000) and 764,886,000 ordinary shares (2004:764,886,000)          
    in issue during the period.                                               
                                                                              
    The computation of diluted loss per share has not assumed the             
    exercise of options outstanding during the period because their           
    exercise would reduce loss per share.
