    The Stock Exchange has received a message from Jackley Holdings Limited   
    which is reproduced as follows:-                                          
                                                                              
    "The Company refers to the Results Announcement Form which is submitted on
    28th April, 2005 and regret to advise that there is a typo error appear   
    under the line of "- Diluted" with subheading  "LOSS PER SHARE" listed in 
    the cover sheet of the Result Announcement Form, and the figures should be
    read as HK3.9 cents and HK1.6 cents instead of HK5.7 cents and HK2.4 cents
    for year ended 2004 and 2003 respectively."
