    The Stock Exchange has received a message from Guangdong Kelon Electrical 
    Holdings Company Limited which is reproduced as follows:-                 
                                                                              
    "With reference to the Company's results announcement form for the year   
    ended 31st December, 2004 which appeared on the website of the Exchange on
    29th April, 2005, the Company informs the Stock Exchange that:            
                                                                              
    The item "Turnover" under "(Audited) Current Period from 01/01/2004 to    
    31/12/2004" should be "8,436,404" instead of "84,361,404" and under       
    "(Audited) Last Corresponding Period from 01/01/2003 to 31/12/2003" should
    be "6,168,110" instead of "3,315,066".  This is a clerical mistake."
