    The shares of the Company have been suspended from                        
    trading at the request of the Company from 9:30 a.m.                      
    on 27 April 2005 pending the issue of this                                
    announcement. Application has been made by the                            
    Company for the resumption of trading of the shares                       
    on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with effect                    
    from 9:30 a.m. on 29 April 2005.                                          
                                                                              
    Shareholders and potential investors of the Company                       
    are advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing                      
    in the shares of the Company.                                             
                                                                              
    The Board as at the date of this announcement                             
    comprises Mr. Kok Kin Hok, Mr. Li Tung Wai and Mr.                        
    Lian Song Qing, being executive directors, Dr. Li                         
    Jianhua, Mr. Wu Tak Lung and Mr. Chu Po Tien, being
