    At the request of Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Limited     
    (the "Company"), trading in its H shares has been suspended with effect   
    from 9:30 a.m. today (28/4/2005) pending release of an announcement in    
    relation to clarification of price movements in the shares of the Company.
