    Shareholders and potential investors of the Company                       
    are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the                       
    shares of the Company.                                                    
                                                                              
    The Group is principally engaged in the provision of                      
    passenger cruise ship services in the South-eastern                       
    part of China.                                                            
                                                                              
    As at the date of this announcement, the Board                            
    comprises five executive Directors, namely, Messrs.                       
    Wu Yijian, Sean Liu, Mo Keung, Qin Chuan and Chan Wing                    
    Yau George and four independent non-executive                             
    Directors, namely, Messrs. Paul Zhong, Hu Yang Xiong,
