    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Dickson Group Holdings Limited ("DICKSON GROUP")       
    will cease after the close of business on Friday, 29/04/2005.             
    As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading        
    in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2968) of DICKSON GROUP as         
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading       
    in the shares of DICKSON GROUP will only be under the following
