    The Stock Exchange has received a message from Haywood Investments Limited
    which is reproduced as follows:-                                          
                                                                              
    "The Company refers to the Results Announcement Form which is submitted on
    26th April, 2005.  There is a typo error on "Impairment loss recognized in
    respect of investments in unlisted securities" listed under note 2 of the 
    Remarks.  The "Impairment loss recognized in respect of investments in    
    unlisted securities" for 2003 should be read as HK$8,800K instead of      
    HK$8,808K."
