    amount based on the maximum offer price of HK$1.76

    Exchange trading fee, SFC transaction levy and                            
    investor compensation levy payable thereon) of more                       
    than HK$5 million, equivalent to approximately 11.47                      
    times the total number of 148,646,000 Hong Kong Offer                     
    Shares initially comprised in Pool B.                                     
                                                                              
    All multiple or suspected multiple applications in                        
    the Hong Kong Public Offering have been rejected. No                      
    application for more than 50% of the Hong Kong Offer                      
    Shares initially available under the Hong Kong Public                     
    Offering (that is more than 148,646,000 Hong Kong                         
    Offer Shares) has been identified.                                        
                                                                              
    The H Shares initially offered under the                                  
    International Offering have been over-subscribed.                         
    Indications of interest received under the                                
    International Offering represent approximately 4                          
    times the total number of 2,675,620,000 International                     
    Offering Shares initially available for subscription                      
    under the International Offering. 148,646,000 Hong                        
    Kong Offer Shares have been allocated to the Siemens                      
    International Holding B.V. Save as disclosed above,                       
    the Directors confirm that no Hong Kong Offer Shares                      
    have been allocated to applicants who are connected                       
    persons of the Company within the meaning of the                          
    Listing Rules. None of the Sponsor and the                                
    Underwriters and their respective affiliated                              
    companies has taken up any H Shares for its own benefit                   
    under the Global Offering.

    The Hong Kong Offer Shares available to satisfy                           
    applications on WHITE and YELLOW Application Forms                        
    and by electronic application instructions given to                       
    HKSCC, totalling 297,292,000 Hong Kong Offer Shares,
