    ODD LOTS ARRANGEMENT AND MATCHING SERVICES                                
                                                                              
    Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 13 April 2005       
    (the "Announcement"). Terms used herein unless defined otherwise have     
    the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.                    
                                                                              
    In order to facilitate the trading of odd lots of the New Shares as a     
    result of the Capital Reorganisation, the Company has appointed Magnum    
    International Securities Limited to provide matching services on a best   
    efforts basis to Shareholders who wish to top up or sell their holding    
    of odd lots of New Shares during the period from Monday, 20 June 2005     
    to Tuesday, 12 July 2005, both dates inclusive. Holders of the New        
    Shares who wish to take advantage of this facility may contact Magnum
