    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Jackley Holdings Limited ("JACKLEY HOLDING")           
    will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 27/04/2005.          
    As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading        
    in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2966) of JACKLEY HOLDING as       
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in    
    the shares of JACKLEY HOLDING will only be under the following
