    The diluted loss per share for the year ended 31 December 2004 have not   
    been shown as the exercise prices of the outstanding share options of the 
    Company were higher than the average market price of the Company's shares

    Diluted loss per share amounts for the years ended 31 December            
    2003 have not been disclosed, because there were no potential
