    EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR                                
                                                                              
    The date for despatch of the circular of CK Life Sciences                 
    Int'l., (Holdings) Inc. for the Acquisition has been                      
    extended to on or before 25 May 2005 and an application                   
    has been made to the Stock Exchange for a waiver from                     
    strict compliance with the requirements under Rule 19.38                  
    of the GEM Listing Rules to extend the time for the

    Professor Wong Yue-chim, Richard (Independent                             
    Non-executive Director), Mrs. Kwok Eva Lee (Independent                   
    Non-executive Director) and Mr. Colin Stevens Russel
