    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of Wing On Travel (Holdings) Limited ("WING ON            
    TRAVEL") will cease after the close of business today (22/04/2005).       
    As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading        
    in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2965) of WING ON TRAVEL as        
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading       
    in the shares of WING ON TRAVEL will only be under the following
