    Remarks:                                                                  
                                                                              
    1.      The calculation of the basic earnings per share is based on the   
    Group's profit attributable to shareholders of HK$40,939,000 (2003:       
    HK$35,260,000).  The basic earnings per share is based on the weighted    
    average                                                                   
    number of 267,300,552 (2003: 266,185,705) ordinary shares in issue during 
    the year.                                                                 
                                                                              
    The diluted earnings per share is based on 272,935,792 ordinary shares    
    which is the weighted average number of shares in issue during the year   
    plus the weighted average number of 5,635,240 ordinary shares deemed to be
    issued at no consideration if all warrants outstanding during the year had
    been exercised.                                                           
                                                                              
    2.      During the year ended 31st December, 2004, 1,438,000 ordinary     
    shares of HK$0.10 each in the Company were issued upon the exercise of 1, 
    438,000 warrants at a price of HK$2.20. The shares issued during the year 
    rank pari passu with the then existing shares in all respects. All
