    The calculation of the basic and diluted earnings per share is based on   
    the net profit for the year ended 31 December 2004 of HK$21,238,000 (2003:
    HK$30,633,000) and the weighted average number of 942,359,000 (2003: 800, 
    000,000) ordinary shares for the purpose of basic earnings per share.     
                                                                              
    There is no difference between the basic and diluted earnings per share as
