    Resumption of trading in Shares                                           
                                                                              
    Trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange was suspended at              
    the request of the Company with effect from 2:50 p.m. on 13               
    April 2005 pending release of this announcement. An application           
    has been made to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of                 
    trading in the Shares with effect from 9:30 a.m. on 19 April
