    CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME                                                    
    The Board announces that with effect from 31 March                        
    2005, the Company has changed its name from "Medtech                      
    Group Company Limited" to "Golden Resorts Group                           
    Limited" and, for identification purposes, to adopt                       
    "*" as its Chinese name. Trading of                                       
    shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange under the                     
    new name will take effect on Thursday, 21 April 2005.                     
    Existing share certificates of the Company in issue                       
    bearing the former name of the Company will continue                      
    to be evidenced of title to the shares of the Company                     
    and will be valid for trading and settlement.                             
                                                                              
    CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS                                     
    The principal place of business of the Company in Hong                    
    Kong will be changed to Suite 2809, 28th Floor, One                       
    International Finance Centre, 1 Harbour View Street,                      
    Central, Hong Kong with effect from 21 April 2005.                        
                                                                              
    Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated                     
    14 December 2005 (the "Announcement"). Terms used                         
    herein shall bear the same meaning as those defined                       
    in the Announcement unless the context requires                           
    otherwise.                                                                
                                                                              
    CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME                                                    
    The Board is pleased to announce that a special                           
    resolution was passed by the Shareholders on 17 March                     
    2005 to change the Company name from "Medtech Group                       
    Company Limited" to "Golden Resorts Group Limited"                        
    and "*" was adopted as the Chinese name                                   
    of the Company for identification purposes with                           
    effect from 15 April 2005. The Certificate of                             
    Incorporation on Change of Name, which was issued by                      
    the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 1 April 2005                     
    evidencing the change of name of the Company on 31                        
    March 2005, was received by the Company on 6 April                        
    2005. The Certificate of Registration of Change of                        
    Name of Oversea Company was issued by the Companies                       
    Registry in Hong Kong on 15 April 2005 evidencing the                     
    change of name of the Company and to adopt "*" as                         
    the Chinese name for identification                                       
    purposes.                                                                 
                                                                              
    Trading of the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be                       
    under the new English and Chinese stock short names                       
    which are "GOLDEN RESORTS" and "*" respectively                           
    and will take effect on Thursday, 21 April 2005. The                      
    existing stock code "1031" for the Shares listed on                       
    the Stock Exchange remains
