    Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the     
    ordinary shares of China Sci-Tech Holdings Limited ("CHINA SCI-TECH")     
    will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 21/04/2005.           
    As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading        
    in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2964) of CHINA SCI-TECH as        
    represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in    
    the shares of CHINA SCI-TECH will only be under the
