    CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME                                                    
                                                                              
    Now that the special resolution in respect of the change of the           
    name of the Company from "Millennium Group Limited (*)" to                
    "Sino Gas Group Limited (*)" has been duly passed at the EGM,             
    the new name of the Company will take effect on the date on               
    which the certificate of incorporation on change of the name              
    of the Company is issued by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong.          
                                                                              
    Further announcement will be made by the Company when the change          
    of the name of the Company has become effective and on the                
    adoption of a new stock short name for trading in the Shares              
    on the Stock Exchange as well as arrangement for new and
