    APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISER                              
                                                                              
    The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of                       
    G.K. Goh Securities (H.K.) Limited as the Independent                     
    Financial Adviser to the Independent Board Committee                      
    and the Independent Shareholders in relation to the                       
    Subscription and the Whitewash Waiver.                                    
                                                                              
    Reference is made to the announcement dated 21March                       
    2005, issued by the Company in relation to, among                         
    others, the Subscription and the Whitewash Waiver                         
    ("Announcement"). Terms used herein shall have the                        
    same meanings as those defined in the Announcement                        
    unless the context requires otherwise.                                    
                                                                              
    The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of

    Montareal, Mr. Chan Kam Fai, Robert and Mr. Cheung
