The board of directors ("Board") of Man Yue International Holdings Limited ("Company") has noted the unusual trading volume today, and is aware that Mr. Li Tung Lok ("Mr. Li"), the second largest shareholder of the Company, has disposed 20,000,000 shares of the Company ("Shares") in the market at a price of HK$0.50 per Share ("Disposal"). According to the Company's records, before the Disposal, Mr. Li held 22,760,000 Shares or approximately 6.10% of the issued share capital of the Company. After the Disposal, Mr. Li will continue to hold 2,760,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.74% of the issued share capital of the Company. Save as disclosed above, the Board confirms that it is not aware of any other reasons for such increase in trading volume. The Board also confirms that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under rule 13.23, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by rule 13.09, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature.
