    EARNINGS PER SHARE                                                        
    Earnings per share is calculated based on the net profit attributable to  
    shareholders of HK$18,130,000 (2004: HK$10,907,000) and the weighted      
    average of 617,127,130 (2004: 617,127,130) ordinary shares of the Company
