    CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME                                                    
                                                                              
    The Board is pleased to announce that the special                         
    resolution in relation to the change of name of the                       
    Company to "Hi Sun Technology (China) Limited" and                        
    the adoption of "*" as the new Chinese name of the                        
    Company for identification purposes only was duly                         
    passed on 28 February 2005 by the shareholders of                         
    the Company at the Special General Meeting.                               
                                                                              
    The change of name of the Company to "Hi Sun Technology                   
    (China) Limited" became effective on 28 February 2005                     
    as confirmed by the issuance of the Certificate of                        
    Incorporation on Change of Name by the Registrar of                       
    Companies in Bermuda dated 8 March 2005. The adoption                     
    of "*" as the new Chinese name of the Company for                         
    identification purposes only became effective on the same day.            
                                                                              
    The stock short name of the Company in English will                       
    be changed from "HI SUN GROUP" to "HI SUN TECH" whilst                    
    the stock short name of the Company in Chinese will                       
    be changed from "*" to "*". Trading in the                                
    Shares on the Stock Exchange under the new name of                        
    the Company will commence from 9:30 a.m. on 20 April                      
    2005.                                                                     
                                                                              
    CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME                                                    
    Reference is made to the circular of the Company dated                    
    4 February 2005 (the "Circular") in respect of, inter                     
    alia, the proposed change of name of the Company.                         
    Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used herein                        
    shall have the same meanings as those defined in the                      
    Circular.                                                                 
                                                                              
    The Board is pleased to announce that the special                         
    resolution in relation to the change of name of the                       
    Company to "Hi Sun Technology (China) Limited" and                        
    the adoption of "*" as the new Chinese name of the                        
    Company for identification purposes only was duly                         
    passed on 28 February 2005 by the shareholders of                         
    the Company at the Special General Meeting.                               
                                                                              
    The change of name of the Company to "Hi Sun Technology                   
    (China) Limited" became effective on 28 February 2005                     
    as confirmed by the issuance of the Certificate of                        
    Incorporation on Change of Name by the Registrar of                       
    Companies in Bermuda dated 8 March 2005. The adoption                     
    of "*" as the new Chinese name of the Company for                         
    identification purposes only became effective on the                      
    same day. The Company has carried                                         
    out the necessary filing procedures with the                              
    Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong accordingly.                          
                                                                              
    TRADING ARRANGEMENTS                                                      
    The change of name of the Company will not affect any                     
    of the rights of the shareholders of the Company.                         
                                                                              
    All existing share certificates of the Company in                         
    issue bearing the former name of the Company will                         
    continue to be evidence of title to the Shares and                        
    will be valid for trading, settlement and delivery                        
    for the same number of the Shares in the new name of                      
    the Company. Accordingly, there will not be any                           
    special arrangement for free exchange of the existing                     
    share certificates for the new share certificates                         
    printed in the new name of the Company. However upon                      
    the effective date of the change of name, at any                          
    specific request by shareholders of the Company,                          
    exchange of share certificates for new share                              
    certificates may be effected on payment of a fee of                       
    HK$2.50 (or such higher amount as may from time to                        
    time allowed by the Stock Exchange) for each share                        
    certificate issued or cancelled. Unless otherwise                         
    instructed, new share certificates of the Company                         
    will be issued in board lots of 1,000.
