    At the request of First Dragoncom Agro-Strategy Holdings Limited (the     
    "Company"), trading in its shares will be suspended with effect from      
    9:30 a.m. today (12/4/2005) pending the release of an announcement        
    relating to the issue of convertible bonds by the Company.
