    Note 1: The 530,530,000 Shares  are held by Dragon Delta, which           
    is wholly and beneficially owned by Dr. Hon through Dragoncom Group       
    Limited and Dragoncom (Hong Kong). Since Dragoncom Group Limited          
    is interested in 60% equity interest in Dragon Delta through              
    Dragoncom (Hong Kong), Dragoncom Group Limited is deemed to be            
    interested in 530,530,000 Shares under the SFO, representing              
    20.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company.                  
                                                                              
    Note 2: The 530,530,000 Shares are held directly by Dragon Delta.         
    Since Dragoncom (Hong Kong) is interested in 60% equity interest          
    in Dragon Delta, Dragoncom (Hong Kong) is deemed to be interested         
    in 530,530,000 Shares under the SFO, representing 20.95% of the           
    total issued share capital of the Company.                                
                                                                              
    Note 3: The 530,530,000 Shares are held directly by Dragon Delta.         
    Since HK World is interested in 40% equity interest in Dragon Delta,      
    HK World is deemed to be interested in 530,530,000 Shares under           
    the SFO, representing 20.95% of the total issued share capital of         
    the Company.                                                              
                                                                              
    HK World is owned as to 95% and 5% by Mr. Zhang and Mr. Wang Wenbin       
    respectively.
