            The calculation of the basic and diluted earnings per share is

    For the purpose of calculating basic earnings per share, the weighted     
    average number of ordinary shares for the year ended 31st December, 2003  
    had been adjusted to reflect the bonus issue.                             
                                                                              
            No diluted earnings per share for the year ended 31st December,   
    2004 has been presented because the exercise price of the Company's       
    options was higher than the average market price of the shares for that   
    year.                                                                     
                                                                              
            No diluted earnings per share for the year ended 31st December,   
    2003 was presented as there were no potential ordinary shares outstanding
