    UNUSUAL PRICE MOVEMENT                                                    
                                                                              
    The Board has noted the recent increase in price of the Company and wish  
    to state that Mr. Tse, a director of the Company, acquired 600,000        
    existing shares of the Company (representing approximately 0.51% of the   
    issued shares of the Company) on 6 April 2005. Save as the above, the     
    Board is not aware of any reasons for such increases.
