09:01     PREMIUM LAND<02971> - Share Consolidation                           

    Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Premium
    Land Limited ("PREMIUM LAND") have approved the consolidation of shares on
    the basis of 20 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of PREMIUM   
    LAND into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares").  Effective from today (07 
    /04/2005), a temporary counter under stock code 2971 and stock short name 
    "PREMIUM LAND" will be established for trading in board lots of 500 New   
    Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 164) for trading 
    in board lots of 10,000 Old Shares each.
