    At the request of SJTU Sunway Software Industry Limited  (the             
    "Company"), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from     
    9:30 a.m. today (31/3/2005) pending issue of the Company's announcement   
    relating to a discloseable transaction of the Company which involves the  
    issue of the Company's shares.
